We are delighted to be back training as a group again.
All GCH Club Members must adhere to Athletics Ireland Guidelines so please read the following carefully.Failure to follow all Guidelines will result in a cessation of training so please adhere to the new system.
We will be very visible to the public so please ensure that we are seen to be adhering to Social Distancing Guidelines.
• All sessions will have to be booked in advance for contact tracing.
• Booking will be available 24 hours before training and members will get a notification
• We have one start time 7pm
• There is no limit on numbers allowed to book
• Each different group has a different Meeting point
• Where more than 15 runners arrive for any group, they will be divided to two or more smaller groups by the Group Leaders
• Groups will consist of 14 participants plus a Leader
• No mixing between groups
• Nobody can just turn up, you must book in advance
• Participants within groups will be required to adhere to strict physical distancing.
Please note
• No bathroom/changing facilities available.
• Please come ready to run or change in your car.
• Preferably come in your own car and do not car share.
• High viz tops to be worn.
• Run/jog single file on pavements behind Leader. Please be extra mindful of other footpath users and do not run close to them/brush off them/cough or sneeze near them.
• Use hand santiser before and after the run
• Leaders are to find the quietest routes possible for training
• Anyone feeling unwell or displaying any COVID-19 systems is asked not to train.

Please arrive a few minutes early as sessions starts at 7pm sharp
• Beginners – Westside Library - Front
• Improvers – Westside Library – Back
• Intermediates – Westside Skate Park
• Fast Joggers – Peter Murphy Electrical Westside
• Runners – Ballard House Westside
Parking
• Do not park in Church Grounds
• Do not park in Dunnes Stores Car Park – there is clamping taking place with a €125 release fee
